The company was working with a market-leading multi-national 3rd party distribution partner and wasn’t achieving the results expected.

What was uncovered was a weakness with the 3rd party distribution partner engagement, through this we recommended a list of core strategies to be implemented that once put into action would deliver to the business over $1 million in new business and $2.5 million in improved sales and profits from existing customers.
